Thomas Construction Company, located at the Lake of the Ozarks, was founded in 1975 by Wayne Thomas and his brother, Ray. At the time, the company consisted of two employees and only one project.
After a humble beginning, Thomas Construction began expanding operations in the early 1980's when corporate partners Jim Nugent and Dan Lind joined the team. Under the leadership of corporate partner and Commercial Division President, Jim Nugent, Thomas Construction has become one of the most successful and respected companies in the region. Thomas Construction's continued success and steady growth can be attributed to maintaining the core values that our company's founder, Wayne Thomas, set forth in the beginning --- to never practice less than quality construction, top rated professionalism in administration, excellence in craftsmanship, courtesy at all times, and personal attention to even the most minute details that you deserve.
